Learning Styles
Learning styles are the preferred ways individuals process and retain information. Common learning styles include visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and read/write. Some models also include social (interpersonal) and solitary (intrapersonal) learning styles. While the concept of learning styles has been debated, recognizing diverse preferences can help educators provide varied instructional methods to cater to different learners. For example, a language lesson might include visual aids, group discussions, hands-on activities, and written exercises to address various learning styles.
