Learning Contract
A learning contract is an agreement between a student and teacher that outlines the student's learning goals, the resources and strategies to be used, and the criteria for assessment and evaluation. Learning contracts promote self-directed learning, accountability, and personalized instruction. They encourage students to take ownership of their learning and set achievable goals. In language education, learning contracts can be used to target specific language skills, track progress, and ensure that instruction aligns with the learner's needs and interests.
