When will I receive my hard-copy TESOL certificate?
We are able to send out printed certificates to selected destinations, but due to COVID-19 they will take a little longer than usual. We are still restricted with the countries we can send to via registered post, but all certificates are being printed and queued ready to send. PDF scans of the printed certificates will still be provided the next working day for everyone who passes their course, and the certificate numbers can be verified online by employers.
Most countries can still receive DHL deliveries, for which we charge a fixed $60. We have negotiated a deal with DHL for the USA and Japan only, and we can now send DHL deliveries there for a discounted rate of $25. DHL deliveries at this time take about a week to arrive.
