At International TEFL and TESOL training (ITTT), we have over the course of many years introduced new standards of training and new material to the TEFL/TESOL industry. For example, many teachers say they are unable to attend a training centre to obtain Observed Teaching Practice (OTP).   As mentioned earlier, to form this tense, we have to use a special form of the verb. Technically it's called the past participle form with irregular verbs. Of course these past participle forms change quite a bit from its base form of the verb.
