In teaching scenarios, many problems may arise of different natures. If the class is of varying levels of English the teacher should pair students together based on ability or give different study tasks to students of different levels. If students are reluctant to learn the teacher can use group or pair work and more interactive teaching methods. If classes are large teachers can avoid focusing on individuals, and rather give broad activities to the class such as group work, role play or worksheets. A teacher must also establish rapport. One if the easiest ways to do this is smile, have some fun warm up activities and be open to making fun of themselves.
