This unit has emphasised the importance of vocabulary and the different methods of teaching vocabulary.Specifically, the Engage, Study and Activate method would be preferable. Different levels tend to have their suitable type of ESA method which includes the Boomerang, Patchwork or the Straight Arrow type.
However, the teacher shall decide the suitability of the lesson and what this unit has suggested are just for reference. Furthermore, this unit has listed the variety of methods that could be used in each stage of the ESA type. This is especially useful for teachers like us as it helps us to plan the lesson in an easier way.
