One of the best and crucial lessons from the course. Any speaker needs an audience. If you don't know your audience, there is a big problem. We have covered students by age, working demographic, circumstance, etc. Sensitivity towards each student's situation is partially implied and the teacher must therefore assess the student's learning experience by administering tactics such as one-to-one meetings or preparation via needs analysis forms. I am very impressed and enlightened by these insightful methods as well as code-enforcement set by the institution's environment. I feel ready to take one step at a time and take this valuable content to heart and mind.
