Unit 10 gives a clear cut example of what NOT to do in a classroom setting as a teacher. In the first video the teacher never smiles, insists that everything is EASY and assumes that the students must know it all. The first class is not organized in an ESA format, it is a hodge-podge of facts being thrown at confused and intimidated students. The second video shows a teacher smiling and encouraging the students by using their names and being very active in the class.
