During this lesson we reviewed the ESA format when approaching teaching english. ESA, stands for Engage, Study and Activate. This processes helps to better equip the student when it comes to learning a concept or an idea in the language. Engage focuses on capturing the attention of the learner. At this time games and fun activities can be provides to in \"warm\" the learner up. Afterwards we have the Study phase. After the attention is caught it is up to the teacher to teach proper structure, concepts, conjugation, etc. This is where a lot of the teaching and coaching happens. After The study phase is complete the students are brought to the stage activate and this is simply using the the concepts taught to them freely.
