Lesson planning unit is giving an overview about significance of preparation of the teacher for the lesson. The writing of lessons plans has a number of important functions - helps us keep the focus on the teaching goal, gives us something to refer to, and gives us the record about the materials and activities we have used. Lesson plan should be simple, well organized and should include several key topics. Most common information in one lesson plan should be: Learner objective, personal aims,language points, teaching aims, anticipated problem (both for students and teacher), number of students, procedure, phase, timing(duration of activity), and interaction in the class.
Even though, class planing is crustal for successful learning, a plan should never be a rigid, yet flexible thing that allows both teacher and class creativity and space to adjust depending on class dynamic and many other factors.
