This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This lesson I learned about the future tenses. I learned that not only is there a 5th extra future tense, the \"going to\" future tense, but one can also use the present simple tense, and present continuous tense to have future meanings as well. I learned that the present simple tense is used for making spontaneous decisions, describing future facts, making predictions without evidence, and making threats and promises. The future continuous is for describing actions in progress in the future, or making polite enquiries. The future perfect and future perfect continuous tenses are rarer and thus have fewer usages and fewer available options for classroom activities.
