From this unit I have learnt of the different past tense types used in the English language and what may be taught to others. I learned of four different types including past simple tense, past continuous tense, past perfect tense, and past perfect continuous tense. I also had a brief overview of how a teacher may use certain examples of the tenses with students in the class. The more fluent students are in English, the more vague some activities can be if they utilize pictures. However, if they are not too versed in the language, they made need assistance with sentences provided with pictures too.
