This unit 2 is about the various parts of speech, it describes each of the parts & in some cases further sub categorises them. There are a total of ten main parts of speech these are, noun,verb,adjective,adverb,preposition,pronoun,infinitive,gerund,article,conjunction. The unit gives a definition of each part of speech as well as examples of how they are commonly used.
For the parts of speech that have further sub categories each sub-category is also explained using a definition & example approach.
After completing this unit i feel i am comfortable in being able to communicate to a class the various parts of speech to a class & have already used some of the information conveyed in my classes as the ideas expressed in the unit are clear & concise
