To know who we are going to teach and how we teach them are very important for the teachers. We cannot use the same methodology or same techniques to teach different kinds of people. We should differentiate the teaching ways and the teaching instruction. For me, when I am teaching the little kids in my school, we try to use kids' language to speak with them. Make it as simple as possible. We try to entertain them in different kinds of activities. They have a short attention span so we need to make full use of that several minutes and change to another way to teach so that they do not feel bored. I also have adult students who are working in different kinds of industry. Some of them have basics but some of them have none. So according to their level or background, I use differents kinds of ways to engage them and commnunicate with them so that they can feel they are learning and practicing.
