This chapter discussed the various elements involved with classroom management, including teacher position, seating arrangement, type of work being done, and discipline. This chapter was especially useful in answering many of the questions I have from working as a teacher already. I have struggled with classroom?management and having these recommendations will help me to overcome these issues. In particular, it will help me maintain discipline by giving me clearer direction of how to handle it, such as immediately addressing the problem and making sure the students respect each other. Of all the chapter so far, this has been the most useful to me.
