Unit 8, goes over the forms and usages of future tenses. Throughout this unit we relearn the 7 most common structures/forms; future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, 'going to' future, present simple, and present continuous. I learned that although present simple and present continuous are both commonly used for present tense, but they can also have future applications. The usages for the present simple would be for example during timetables and schedules and present continuous would be for definite arrangements or decisions and plans without a time frame. Like the past and present tense, I relearn the forms and usage of future tense and how they can be implemented into a teaching plan. For example, a good teaching idea for future continuous would be to arrange diaries where they will date what they will do in the future or provide illustrative situations and having them answer questions to where they use the future continuous form.
