Two productive skills are speaking and writing. Speaking correctly is normally harder for a foreigner to learn a new language. When speak, a student has to express an idea in a short period of time; she/he must know pronunciation, vocabularies and grammar in order to construct a sentence. If someone is able to speak correctly, she/he maybe able to write. Creative writing is a bit more difficult than a normal writing. It requires an imagination and technique to create something good. Spoken language is easier forgiven mistake than written language, especially when you write an important document.
