Unit 6 covered how to correctly use the past tense. It covered the various forms of verbs and described the different uses in which the verbs were intended for. This unit was another good review of tenses and the proper ways verbs are to be used in varying sentence structures. My main takeaway from this unit was what to look for in terms of common mistakes that are made by learners of this material. It is good to know what kinds of things one should look out for in order to avoid confusion. The sample teaching ideas are also appreciated as it gives a good way to incorporate the subject matter into a lesson.
