Another good unit! I have taught in various settings; simple language school, businessman, and now an accredited international school. The groups matter in being effective. Obviously 1:1 teaching can be easier because you are just preparing and working with 1 student who you will come to know quite well. Teaching in a multilingual class with varying levels of English is more challenging. The more prepared you, the better. I would also add that the better you know your students, the easier your lesson planning will be. Teaching business English is definitely more challenging because these are adults with specific goals. They can be tough students if you don't challenge them and show results. I would like to teach adults again, though.
