I've already learnt how to create a lesson plan during my college years and this was a good review of it. I think planning a lesson is very important because it basically summarizes the content you will be teaching. This helps you plan out what students should be learning and how they should be learning it. The biggest mistake teachers can make is not being prepared. If you can't prepare yourself and be flexible to adapt to changes, it will be very stressful as a teacher. Preparation needs time but as teachers, we don't always have enough time to make those plans. I think being a teacher is one of the most stressful careers, but also the most rewarding.
