Unit 20 talks about the common problems encountered in an EFL class such as big classes with different English levels, the use of the students' Native language instead of practicing speaking in English, and difficulties in listening to English speakers. Suggestions were also mentioned on how to open a class, like conducting an interactive activity to get the students to know each other and to establish a good rapport to each one. To address the various English levels thrown in one class, pair work between advanced and slower students is highly recommended, as well as giving extra work, like word search, to students who finish ahead of the others during written activities to dispel of boredom and to maximize the time.
