From this unit I have learnt about managing classes and how much it is important to make eye contact, using gesture and voice and how to use them properly. Also for managing classes I have learnt about pros and cons on each type of grouping student. And for those grouping students, there are whole-class grouping, student working on their own, pairwork, and group work. For the classroom arrangement you need to consider space availability, type of chairs, tables, age of the students, nationality, and student personality. Also to manage class, builing rapport with student by understanding them and giving proper discipline is very important.
