Unit 3 is about classroom management. It is explained how to use eye contact, gesture and voice, how to group the students inside the classroom, how to write on the board as well as Teacher Talking Time and Students Talking Time. Furthermore how to give instructions properly, establish rapport and maintain discipline. I have learned how to use my gestures and voice wisely and how to organize the classroom seating as well as how to give individual attention. Another fact that I have learned out of Unit 3 is that Teacher Talking Time is important but it should not be too much. Finally I have learned how to establish rapport and that it is very important for the success of a class.
