This unit describes how the English language has many past, present and future tenses that are often used interchangeably without much thought. However, due to the complexity of the English language, these tenses can be hard to learn for L2 students, and teaching the material can also prove challenging for the teacher. I like how this unit provides examples on when certain tenses are used, and how they also give examples. This also helps me to identify which tense is which. Even though I a native English speaker, I still did not know the name of the tenses or could explain when or how we used certain tenses. This definitely was a more challenging unit.
