Future tenses are very similar in form to past and present tenses, in regard to being simple, perfect, continuous or perfect continuous. It is important to make clear to the students what distinguishes the different types of tenses and even further distinguish the separate categories. It is important to understand what is trying to be communicated by the student. If they are expressing something that is in progress at a time it will be future continuous versus being future perfect if it is to be completed by a certain time. It is also important for the teacher to be aware of this distinction also.
