In a teacher's career, he/she will find themselves in many classroom situations and several special groups like the ones listed in this chapter. For instance, I am a school teacher. I teach English to elementary and middle school students; therefore I face many challenges like language level, discipline issues, class size, ect. Bur like the chapter highlighted, it is extremally rewarded when your student writes a simple sentence in English or can hold a basic conversation because it shows that your had work pays off, even among so many challenges!
Teacher should always be prepared and study all the time, they must know their students and what they need. Teaching is not only tranfering knowledge, it requires organization, study, managment skills, patience and love for teaching.
