This unit was particularly interesting because it sums up very important factors when regarding classroom management. Managing and knowing your class are very important in maintaining a stable disciplined class that is also successful and fun.
I personally feel that creating a rapport is a key point in having an affective lesson, it allows students to gain self confidence easily, it gets students involved and participating actively in the lesson. It is also important to the teacher, making our job much more enjoyable.
I also realized how the arrangement of the class can sway the lesson, from an undisciplined group to an attentive group, involving students in the right manner.
Overall, there are many factors which can change the result of a class and all must be considered when preparing for a lesson.
