I had learned from this section that there are other outside factors other than the teacher that need to be considered when conducting classroom management. The first thing to consider is the school's standards for discipline and conduct, along with abiding and practicing authority within school standards. Another consideration is student awareness, rather if they are going through peer pressure, challenges at home or other situations can signal the teacher where control and ease of control will be best effective. Should student behave poorly, it is the teachers responsibility to abstain making a mess of things and for discipline to be handled assertively and in proper judgement.
