In this lesson, I learned that the writing and speaking are equally important. Also, that there are problems that arise from writing due to spelling, pronunciation, and punctuation; which can be improved with encouragement and practice. The practice in the classroom can be improved with incorporating a lot of study phases in a lesson to allow the students to increase improvement in their writing. Also after an activity, providing feedback is vital to the students to ensure they are improving and assisting with anything they may be struggling with. Finally in this lesson, I was introduced to different activities that can assist learners with communication in the English language; such as free role-play, discussions, debates, and communication games.
