This unit is very useful as it teaches us what to look out for when preparing materials for our English lesson. It teaches us to be more versatile and well-rounded in our approach and to have a good balance between reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. It teaches us how to look out for a good course book and gives us many ideas on how to make our materials more interesting and attractive to students. I really liked the colourful and attractive exercises that are appended to this unit, such as the crossword and sample flashcards which would capture the attention of even the noisiest student.
