After this unit, I realize that a study plan is necessary not only for a class but also for a teacher which is a collection of classes they have taught, as well as a plat of teaching skills where teachers can compare their notes and learn from each other.
I think the most important thing is the \"Learner objectives\" with which a teacher can design the class with a goal. \"Elicit\" is quite vital at the beginning of the class, students can be confident when they can say the target language by themselves and would be more active through the whole class. Another important thing is \"Activate\", with a funny activate students can be more devoted to practice the language. So I will make plans for all of my lessons and will fresh it facing different levels or students which is a big challenge.
