In the unit I have learned the importance of evaluating students and the different methods we use to evaluate each individual to make sure we place each student correctly as well as give them the correct tools and information to learn English and develop their communication skills. This unit is very straightforward and simple to follow. There is enough information for the teacher to add test types into daily, weekly, monthly planning. I personally prefer the can do test at the end of each class by first allowing the students to evaluate themselves and then discussing each question and answer with the teacher to make sure students understood daily tasks and activities. Adding quizzes is also a great way to evaluate progress of learning.
