From this unit i realised how different it is to teach beginners and advanced student, business English from standart English. Motivation is very important for beginners, as younger learners can't keep focus on an activity for a long time, teacher has to make sure it varies a lot during the lesson. And that the lesson itself is interesting. Also now i know that it is important not to use my native language during the class. I learnt that it is important to make sure that the teacher knows the needs of older learners. What their interests are and what do they want to focus on. This unit was very interesting, i also learnt about discipline in a classrom and a lot of suggeestions on teavhing different types of groups. Possible problems that might appear during the class were given in this unit as well.
