In this chapter I learned about the special groups that I may encounter as an EFL teacher. I learned about teaching one on one, which is becoming more popular. It is helpful to only deal with one ability at a time, but it's also more difficult to keep things interesting and fresh, so I should try to vary my activities and approach as often as possible. I learned about teaching Business English. I thought before that because I don't have a background in business, I wouldn't be able to teach business English, but it turns out that business English is actually just about the same as regular English for the most part. I should coordinate with the client on their needs and keep records of the progress of the students for the client company. I also learned about young learners, and that I need to keep activities short for them, and not expect them to bring everything they need for class.
