In this unit, I have learned how to manage a classroom. There is a lot of information that I didn't realize that comes into teaching a group of students. Like how there is arrangement of seating to make sure that the teacher is dominant in the classroom without being too abrasive. I learned that a teacher must be friendly, flexible and inspire confidence in the student instead of spoon feeding the student. I have learned different positions to sit or stand when doing activities with the students. This was a good insight of how to handle students in different positions of learning a new language.
