Lesson Planning. The importance of being prepared, but at the same time be flexible. Each classroom is different, the students, the culture, the age, all of this can affect our interaction with our students, so we need to be able to adapt our plan according to our group. Have a lesson plan is pretty important, it gives you guidelines to follow and record the lessons and makes it easier to review it in the future, or to change it if it's not working out. It also serves as a main road to take, while being conscious that it's meant to be flexible. It also helps you to see if there is a balance between the methods and subjects you are teaching the students.
