In China, most of the school or we can say most of the students focus more on the speaking than writing, because we can use it directly when we want to communicate with the other people in the .daily life and it shows people your English is pretty good easily. In the class, teaching speaking is much easier than the writing class, especially when the students are in different levels with different background or culture.For myself , writing is one of my problems. How to teach or engage my students to write would be a challenging job.Normally in the trandition way, we will ask the students to write diaries every day, however, the writing without guiding can not improve the students' writing skills but make them feel fored or even hate writing. In this unit, it provides us some guide lines of teaching writing and what we should avoid during the lesson.
