It was very interesting to see the same teacher and students with a very different attitude toward the class. The first class was a very good example for a bad lesson, where the students were confused, bored, scared and had no confidence. It was good to see what can make a difference between a good and a bad class. Even the beginning of the lessons, with a smile and a positive greeting the teacher made a very good environment, calling the students by their names helped create rapport between students and teacher which made the whole class smoother and more active. With a good engage phase at the beginning he set up the whole class, and gave confidence to the students.
