The purpose of Unit 3 called \"Managing classes\" was most useful for me because it is always a new and fresh experience to work with a new group of students, regardless of their age, nationality and/ or the size; every new experience makes you feel like you are teaching for the first time. It is very good, however, to keep in mind some of the basic rules including: addressing to students, which things are good to avoid, making the proper seating order, etc., but most importantly, it is essential to keep up with the tips and experiences from other fellow teachers in order to gain, maintain and sustain a good classroom atmosphere of a high quality.
