during this unit I have learned what is important during my lesson planning. I now know that my lesson plan is basically just there so I have a general idea as to what and how I want to lead this lesson but I need to make sure I give the students enough time to complete their tasks or group activities. I also need to be flexible if things are not quite going according to my plan, for example if the students are having lots of fun during the engage phase I can extend the time or if someone struggles during the study phase I can extend that time and still make sure the lesson end of where the students should be.
