The main focus of this unit is on classroom management techniques including a lot of factors such as teacher's physical presence impact, how and when to use students' names, different ways of grouping students, organizing teacher and student's position, appropriate usage of the board, giving proper individual attention, reducing teacher's talking time whilst increasing students' talking time, how to give instructions and check them effectively, the ways to establish report between teacher and students and also students themselves, and eventually, maintaining discipline regarding problem behavior in the classroom.
