In this unit we studied different methods of education, and different ways to plan a lesson.
There are many different ways to teach English, and each has their own range of shortcomings and advantages. In addition different students may respond better to different methods of instruction, and these methods of instruction can also be more or less appropriate for learning different facets of the English language.
We also looked at different methods for planning a lesson. Different methods of lessons planning are better for different age groups, language abilities, and class lengths.
Correcting students when they make mistakes or errors can be one of the more difficult parts of teaching to learn. Thus, a teacher needs to find an appropriate, and encouraging, method for correcting students' mistakes and errors.
