The main teacher's work is to teach! Teaching a new language is impossible without explaining new material, such as vocabulary, grammar and other language structures. Every teacher must know how to give new material in a simple way for students of all ages to understand it. This unit is helpful for teachers as it gives a lot of different advices. E.g. how to choose new vocabulary for learning (because while choosing vocabulary teacher must take into account a lot of different aspects). This unit also tells us what information teacher needs to provide while introducing new material. And a very good thing that this unit has - the ideas/suggestions for each phase of learning new material (engage, study, activate). For me this unit gave some more ideas for conducting lessons!
