The unit discussed the various group of learners, approach in teaching, its advantages and disadvantages and the procedure of a needs analysis. In this unit, i learnt the term Business English learners that, that is what where they are categorized as I always only refer to them as clients. The step by steps in conducting a needs analysis, what information i need to know from the clients and how to go about it once i have the information. I know and experienced that teaching is rewarding but didn't know that most teachers would say that teaching children/young learners are the most rewarding in terms of types of learners may be because they are the most difficult to teach as well?
