From this section, I've learnt how to manage calsses. The teacher plays an important role in the class.And also , the teacher plays different roles in the class. In one class, we must know when to be firm and when to leave student alone. We must be very flexible according to different situation. Classroom management is a skill for the teacher to control the whole class including eye contact,gesture and the voice. We need to group or separate the students according to space available,type of chairs,age of the students,nationality,and student personality. In one class, there are teacher talking time and student talking time.A good teacher should balance between TTT and STT. It depends on the type of the lesson or activity, and the level of the students.Each of talking time has their advantages and disadvantages. Except that, teacher should establish a good rapport with the students and then make the class environment more flexible.
