Unit 3 focuses on teachers managing classes including how the eye contact, gesture and voice be used in the classroom, also using students'names. Furthermore grouping the students;whether individually or in pairs or circular or groups or whole class grouping, explaining possible pros and cons for each situation. Teacher writing on the board time, teachers and students talk time was also explained. I learned that the teacher should not talk too much and let students mostly learn by their activities in pairs or groups, and teachers should not keep writing on the board without glancing every other time facing the students.Problem behavior of students approach was also explained.
