This unit reviewed how to write a lesson plan in a classroom setting. The major points to write a lesson plan include flexibility, organization, and content. Some basic principles that should be present in a lesson plan is simplicity, structure, time management, and keeping a balanced ciriculum. The basic guidelines given in a lesson plan include, learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teacher aids, anticipated problems, procedure, phase, timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date/time, and the teacher's and observer's names. I found the template given to be extremely helpful and I aim to use this in my own class room some day.
