This two lessons is the good example of what to do and what not to do. My take on this lesson is the positive and kind attitude of the teacher. Despite of good engaging technique and well presented board explanation, If teacher's attitude is not kind and encouraging then the beginner student will be intimidated. This result in failing the class management. For the beginner teaching the best element is a patience so the student can practice more without having fearful feeling. This two video lesson was a good tool for me to reflect on how the holistic teacher's performance should be seen. Thank you for the good clips.
