In this unit I feel that I have learned different types of teaching methodologies to teach business English to adult students. I have realized that good teachers often need to be flexible as they wear many hats like being an instructor, facilitator, policeman, counselor, psychologist, etc. to perform their responsibilities. I have also learned that although adult students are technically more committed and have more mature attitudes towards learning, I realize it is possible that students and teachers can have personality conflicts that can be a hindrance to the progress of teaching and learning.
