This unit covered the use of conditionals as well as reported speech. Zero through third conditionals as well as mixed conditionals do not seem too difficult to understand if the students pays attention to patterns in the verb forms. The main difficulty would be in being able to explain why and how each form is used. While being able to report speech can be important to learn, I think the lesson was a bit too specific in form with the use of back tracking seeming a bit complex with how it was taught. Actual reporting language does not seem as strict in form when naturally used outside of the professional level.
